PICK-UP TIME: 12:15 PM
Parents, please register your child by July 11 to guarantee a shirt and a spot in this year's VBS.

WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US on Sunday, July 20 TO ROUND UP FROM OUR VBS WEEK AND TO SHARE WITH THE CCOT CONGREGATION ALL THE FUN WE HAD DURING THE WEEK.
THE CHILDREN WILL LEAD THE CONGREGATION IN SONG WITH THE MUSIC THEY LEARNED AT VBS.
HAVE THEM WEAR THEIR VBS T-SHIRTS.
After the second service
join the fun out on the lawn for a family BBQ lunch and water play. We will have a giant inflatable waterslide along with kiddie pools for the tiny's, water toys, and popsicles.

Calvary Chapel Old Towne's VBS is not possible without all our fantastic volunteers. Consider becoming one. We need people who are able to lead groups, help in each of our fun and insightful rooms, help with snacks, do security, set up tables, make sure the campus stays tidy, assist in check ins, make outside game time fun and exciting, but most of all, to love each child enough that we shower them with God's love.

Meet our Staff and volunteers who help make VBS possible this year.
From Left to Right: Megan is on staff as our Children's Minister and is the creator of Calvary Chapel Old Towne's VBS for over 10 years. Millalin is on staff as our Children's ministry assistant, she will be co-leading VBS. Sarah is a volunteer who manages the check-in process and volunteer logistics of VBS.
Without these 3 ladies CCOT VBS would not be possible.

VBS is sponsored by the congregation of Calvary Chapel Old Towne and is of no cost to parents for this week-long fun-filled summer camp. Download the registration form here and turn it in to the Main Office or to one of the coordinators.
What better way to explain VBS than through Photo and Video. Check out prior years.
We generally open our doors at 9:00 am for check-in. As soon as you arrive on Monday, our wonderful volunteers will let you know which awesome group your child is assigned, give them a name tag, and find them a VBS shirt. After, please take your child to their group inside the sanctuary and sign your child in on the roster sheet. On the following days, please head directly to your child's group in the sanctuary, and sign them in on the roster sheet so the leaders know your child is attending VBS that day.
For pick-up, you are welcome to come around 12:00 pm to listen to the kids sing and watch them dance to the new songs they learned. VBS ends at 12:15 pm. We require that a parent or guardian signs each child out; please go to the group leaders each day and sign the roster before removing your child from their group.
To prevent the spread of illness to other children or volunteers, we ask that if your child has a fever of 100.4+ degrees, thick or constant nasal discharge, swollen glands, more than one watery stool in 24 hours, vomiting, an itchy rash, any signs indicating conjunctivitis, or generally is acting unwell, please keep your child home until they are feeling better. Please let us know you will be keeping your child home by sending an email to Children@calvaryot.com
We understand it is not always possible to tell immediately if your child is not well; if we notice your child is unwell while attending VBS, we will contact the parent/guardian on file.
