Street Fair Outreach—September 1-3 OISF (the Orange International Street Fair) is not your typical community Labor Day event. It is rich with over 40 years of history, and an annual attendance of over 400,000. It encompasses many different ethnicities. This year CCOT will continue its Prayer Booth ministry among the attendants, engaging in meaningful interaction with our community.
